Our Pastor --
Rev. Andrew Nelson
A 2012 graduate of the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, Pastor Nelson (he/they) has served in parish ministry, hospital chaplaincy, and summer camp ministry. He sings with the Albany Gay Men’s Chorus and is a member of Proclaim, the ELCA’s professional network of LGBTQ+ rostered ministers and seminarians.
"PLEASE NOTE: -- As I also serve as Office Administrator for the Albany Medical Center Chaplains Office, I am 'bi-vocational' and, therefore, unavailable typically Monday-Friday from
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM due to my full-time job.
"That said, I will do my best to reply in a timely manner to all correspondence.
"As we share this ministry together, feel free to reach out to the parish leadership team and to one another for more immediate needs."
